Welcome to Heart Stone Energy

Here we go.

Heart Stone Energy is officially launched. It has taken a bit of time, work and self reflection to take this step. Tuning out the voice of self doubt and fear. The goal of Heart Stone Energy is to provide clients with a path to healing, whether it be through the energy work of Reiki or the steps of the Grief Recovery Method®.

Here is what we are all about:

When facing challenges in health, whether it be in body, mind or spirit, one of the thoughts we fool ourselves with is that we need to do it all alone. We don’t. My desire is to facilitate self healing. Reiki is the practice to aid in aligning our energy and creating a body in which we are able to be in the flow of life. It never fails to amaze me the power we each hold within us to create this.

Grief Recovery sounds like an oxymoron. How can one heal from grief? When we are burdened with the pain of grief it buries us in place impeding our ability to move or live our lives fully. We can heal from the pain of grief that hinders our ability to move forward in our lives and have new experiences with unhindered joy. This is not to suggest sadness and missing someone will completely leave us or that we will ever forget someone, but walking forward with the grief beside us is possible. The Grief Recovery Method® allows for this healing.

So, welcome to Heart Stone Energy, you can read up on how I came to Reiki and Grief Recovery in the about section of the website. I am located in Portsmouth, NH where I see Reiki clients in person and offer in person Grief Recovery Method®. I am also able to facilitate the Grief Recovery Method® in online sessions. I look forward to hearing from you.
